Phil was responsible together with Richard Roseby for starting MLR Networks in 1982 and has been at the heart of its growth and development since then. Today, Phil’s role consists of managing the finances of the business and chairing management and board meetings. Additionally, Phil is responsible for the maintenance and development of the company’s ISO 9001 quality management systems.
Ian has been involved in MLR Networks for over 15 years and acquired the business in 2009 as part of Management Buyout assuming the role of Managing Director. Whilst managing the business’s changes in strategic direction, Ian is also still involved in scoping and managing the company’s challenging technical projects. It is Ian’s responsibility together with Steve Wood to ensure that the company continues to evolve in a sustainable, profitable way and to set challenges and rewards for all of the company staff.
Steve started working at MLR Networks in 1986 as a junior field engineer. Steve was part of a Management Buyout team which acquired the business in 2009 at which point he assumed his current role of Operations Director. Steve is responsible for controlling day-to-day operations of the company from control of company vehicles and personnel to deployment of resource and finances.
