Taking our first
steps 

A passionate and growing team
MLR Networks is delighted to have taken its first steps towards reducing its greenhouse gas emissions with the long-term goal of achieving net zero by 2050, within the UK Government’s target of reducing its greenhouse gas emissions by 100% from 1990 levels by 2050. To achieve this net zero target MLR Networks has partnered with Net Zero Group to measure relevant Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions. Alongside progressing mitigation, reduction and avoidance tactics, Net Zero has guided MLR to commence the measurement of its Scope 1, 2 & 3 (*PPN 06/21 boundary).

*Procurement Policy Note (PPN 06/21) state guidelines presented by the UK Government amendment to the Climate Change Act 2008 in 2019, which sets out how to take account of suppliers’ net zero Carbon Reduction Plans in the procurement of major Government contracts.
