About Constructionline Gold membership
As a gold member, MLR has been assessed for our environmental management, quality management, equal opportunities, modern slavery and anti-bribery & corruption policies. The membership also includes SSIP from Acclaim Accreditation, allowing MLR to manage our PAS 91, Common Assessment Standard and SSIP all in one place, removing the need for multiple assessments.
Benefits to our customers
Being gold verified provides our customers and clients with additional validation and enhanced prequalification beyond PAS 91, speeding up the overall purchasing process. This is especially important for MLR when working with the large and often, international construction companies
James Wilkie, Sales Director for MLR comments: “We are increasingly seeing a requirement from our customers and clients to be verified through Constructionline. “This is a significant achievement and demonstrates our commitment and determination to maintain and exceed the rigorous standards set by Constuctionline. We are proud to have achieved this exceptional standard which will enable us to speed up the buying process with our customers.”
By working with a gold level member like MLR, buyers can have confidence that they are working with an approved and accredited partner, that is also verified in accordance with the very latest regulatory changes.
About Constructionline & PAS 91
Founded in 1998 as a government department, Constructionline is a pre-qualified register for contractors and consultants, providing a validated pool of high-quality suppliers.
PAS 91 is a standardised prequalification questionnaire, designed to simplify the procurement process for both supplier and contractor. Developed by the British Standards Institute (BSI), PAS 91 is becoming the most common minimum standard for construction procurement in the UK.
