MLR headhunts managed services veteran to ensure operational excellence at rapidly growing network specialist
MLR, a rapidly growing managed services provider specialising in designing, building, optimising and managing networks has headhunted Jacqui Kennedy to join the c-suite as Chief Operations Officer.
Jacqui brings with her a wealth of operational and managed services experience from companies such as Novosco, Cancom and most recently Telefonica Tech. Her impressive track record in Managed Services and operations as well as experience in providing the crucial framework to deliver exceptional customer service will ensure that MLR’s customers are in secure hands.

Through in-house development as well as partnership investment Jacqui is working on extending MLR’s managed services offering. “Whilst focusing on recurring revenue opportunities our steadfast commitment is fixed on enhancing our customers’ experiences and providing exceptional support,” explains Jacqui.
