Supervisors can sit in a central control room and see, from the high-resolution video walls and integrated dashboards, network performance, CCTV camera feeds, and alarm statuses at a glance, allowing for close operations management and timely issue control and resolution.

This unified visibility is key in large-scale automation. You’ll be able to see, all in one place, not only the automation flow visualisation, plus should any automation system alert pop ups instantly on screen, you’ll be able to see the related CCTV camera view and any other related system alerts. Our control room integration ties together IT system feeds, automation feeds, access control and physical security monitoring for true end-to-end situational awareness.

Total visibility in
real-time

Visibility of our Control Room solution is not limited to the on-site operation hub. It can also be accessed remotely, providing a live view of the video wall through the client application displaying the same key views you need to manage the flows. This includes: your range of warehouse systems, CCTV view of key operational areas, any operational metrics from your WMS, the automation flow visualiser from your SCADA feeds, views of your site wide access control platform, other security feeds and BMS feed all in real time.

Providing an elegant and efficient solution for the control of your video wall TV screens, our platform not only offers excellent functionality and performance, but is also simple to operate.

Resilient wired & wireless infrastructure: We design high-performance LAN/WLAN networks for industrial needs. This includes fibre backbones, PoE+ switching for power to cameras and access points, and Wi-Fi 6/6E coverage for dense device environments. We implement RF channel optimisation and fast roaming so that moving equipment (e.g., forklifts with tablets) never lose connection. Our networks are built with redundancy – dual uplinks, redundant controllers. Even if a line is cut or an AP fails, users won’t notice.

You can treat your video wall as one large display or apply templates to each display individually; allowing you to have an infinite number of display layout configurations. Sources can be changed by simply dropping a new source on top of an existing source. No need for the lengthy process in closing the existing window, putting the new source on the wall and then resizing it to fit. Your video wall software can be populated by a simple drag and drop action with display templates or sources.

Compatible with our range of hardware, the video wall manager control platform allows for multiple source types, including RSS/message box tickers, hardware sources (HDMI, IP camera, IPTV streams), web pages, and even remote desktop display and control.
